The London Stock Exchange Group´s Evaluated Pricing Operations (EPO) is responsible for the definition of the appropriate value for financial instruments (bonds, derivates, asset backed securities, etc.) for our customers.

EPO provides evaluated pricing on over 2.7 million fixed income instruments and derivatives per day which are used by asset managers, custodian banks, investment banks, and third-party vendors.

We have a strong internship program where you have the opportunity to be in contact with senior leaders and experts in Costa Rica and New York. The program allows you interact, learn, and actively participate in real life impact projects around the financial markets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or in the final stage of a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, actuarial sciences, business administration, statistics, or computing.
- Excellent communication skills to continuously update the status of the project.
- Basic knowledge of Python, R or SQL and willingness to learn more to support automation initiatives.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English B2+.
- Passion for capital markets.
- Time availability: Full-time Hybrid 3 days from office, 2 from home. The schedule is from 7am to 4pm but flexible arrangements can be made.
