**Responsibilities**
- Direct customer engagement for quote and order clarification.
- Able to perform technical review as per customer specifications sheet and recommended solutions base on customer budget and requirement (DSE would review any recommendations)
- Develop quotations based on Emerson, customers, and representative’s requirements
- Participate in all aspects of preparing the quotation package and ensure that it is sent to the DSE. This includes the technical, commercial, and competitive strategy appropriate for the selling opportunity
- Follow up on sent proposals to increase sales hit rate for specific customers
- Perform technical review of orders to ensure the processing of correct product(s) and the availability of all the technical requirements and documentation needed by the factory and or customer
- Ensure compliance with import/export, contract, and government requirements. Screen orders for compliance with the business unit Terms and Conditions, agreements and standards
- Provide backup and support for DSEs personnel to maintain good service levels
- Provide consulting support to Order Entry Analyst or Order Management when processing an order
- Achieve targets on productivity, service levels, and quality
- Perform other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or currently studying an engineering career, advanced (almost finishing career studies)
- Experience: 1 -2 year of sales related customer service experience is preferred
- Solid prioritizing and organizational skills along with being a self-starter
- Has an interest in the mix of technical, customer service, and sales
- Willing to work on flexible shift schedule based on business needs
- Language: Portuguese & English (Oral and Written) B1 - Level 2
