You’ll be part of Custom Smile Solutions where we provide digital processing enabling case workflows and perform effective treatment planning for oral care professionals.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Oral Care Custom Smile Solution Clinical Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Make clinical decisions, work closely with key providers and cross functional team to establish treatment protocols and guidelines for 3M Clarity aligner, for current products as well as for future new product launch.
- Provide clinical support through a ticket system who need assistance on their assigned cases, to ensure excellent customer experience and optimal clinical outcomes.
- Provide clinical support to the Software Team upon request.
- Provide clinical support to the Training Team:
- Review and provide input on training material and documentation to assure clinical accuracy and relevance.
- Develop training material upon request.
- Participate in training when requested.
- Identify and propose a solution for training or skill deficiencies.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple functions including Manufacturing, R&D, Customer Care, and business teams.
- Work closely with Team Leaders, Quality Team, and SW Developers to help solve any clinical doubts that the technicians or customers may have.
- Escalate issues clearly to the correct department.
- Lead and/or participate in special projects when requested.
- Propose ideas for procedures, protocols, and processes to improve our service and customer satisfaction, and overall 3M Clarity Aligners improvements.
- Provide Feedback when needed.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Dentistry (DDS) is required, Masters in Orthodontics (MDS) is a plus but not a must.
- Experience with aligners therapy is required.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a clinical environment or as a Digital Orthodontics Advisor.
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric.
- Ability to read, analyzed, and interpret orthodontic records and treatment prescriptions.
- Experience in training dentists and orthodontists is a plus.
Soft skills:
- Ability to effectively and systematically trouble-shoot and qualify issues.
- Ability to effectively present information and/or feedback to co-workers and supervisors of all the cross functional teams.
- Energetic, straightforward and performance-driven personality.
- Resilient - able to adapt and perform in changing customer and organizational environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A strong customer focused attitude.
Technical skills:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, any other language is a plus.
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
