**About this opportunity**

Organize and oversee iTero Production & Engineering team of Digital Modeling operation in Costa Rica. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive. The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the regional operations to facilitate accelerating growth and long-term success and liaising with iTero corporate and regional leaders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.

You will own the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, working with other department to ensure targets are met into Continuous Improvement Culture.

**In this role, you will**
- Responsible for establishing the direction, focus, and motivation of manufacturing department teams.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of an organizational structure that supports production needs.
- Responsible for establishing process capabilities; monitoring and performing audits of all processes, providing technical support to operations with existing processes and commercializing new processes.
- Responsible for analyzing, specifying, and implementing data management systems to effectively improve operations.
- Coordinate with Quality & Training Department to ensure Quality & Training support Manufacturing needs and support a climate of improvement
- Support of the Quality objectives and ISO compliance.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Responsable to create KPIs management and improvement.
- Create and analysis of forecast demand and projections
- Manage production load balances
- Create continuous improvement coaching/implementation environments.
- Coordinate cost reduction initiatives and implementation experience.
- Create and development of Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- In charge of Internal and externals audit environment.
- Supervice process improvements and standardize (Nonvalue added elimination), software improvement and validation.
- Work with multidisciplinary project team’s environment in different time zones experience

**In this role, you’ll need **

**Typically**:

- A bachelor’s degree or may have a Master’s Degree from a four-year college or university
- 6-10 years of directly related experience.
- Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceuticals manufacturing in a FDA regulated environment helpful but not mandatory.
- Lean Manufacturing coaching and implementation experience.
- Proficient project management experience.
- Be proficiency in English
- A Master Black Belt, Black belt in Six Sigma
- Project management certified highly desirable (PM, Agile, Scrum)
- A basic Knowledge of applicable Quality System regulations, such as GMP/QSR and ISO 13485
