ANTICIPATORY STAFFING OPPORTUNITY
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the project with a deep transversal approach and in defense of the priority approach to the citizen, and at the same time of institutional change and/or improvement.
- Advocate for the needs of end users (i.e. citizens, businesses, other public officials), and contribute to the project by acting as a persuasive advocate for those needs, providing this perspective to MH decision makers.
Mentor internal MH counterparts, so that service/product managers in the PA and HT area learn how to maintain the best quality standards in terms of user experience in digital services.
- Participation in meetings established under the project governance model.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology management, innovation management, information science engineering, economics, industrial engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Digital Transformation Expert.
- Have participated in at least 3 public sector projects in one of the following areas: Design and Evaluation of Digital Services, Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment, or Organizational Change Management towards a digital culture.
- **
Must **have excellent oral and written communication skills in **Spanish and English**.
