**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team at Freebalance as a Digital Transformation and/or User Experience specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, user experience, and project management. They will be responsible for contributing to projects with a deep transversal approach and advocating for the needs of end users.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contribute to projects with a deep understanding of digital transformation and its impact on citizens and institutions.
- Advocate for the needs of end users and provide a persuasive perspective to decision-makers.
- Mentor internal colleagues to ensure high-quality standards in user experience.
- Participate in project governance meetings.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology management, innovation management, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Digital Transformation Expert.
- Participation in at least 3 public sector projects in areas like design, evaluation, digital transformation maturity assessment, or organizational change management.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
