The Training Specialist helps plan and execute delivery of learning and development programs for regional and enterprise employees. This person also provides support for transactional and logístical aspects of delivering these programs to ensure a successful experience for Intel facilitators, learners and stakeholders.

**You will help Intel with the following, but not limited to**:

- Own the scheduling of regional training rooms, manage material, manage facilitator coordination and customer guidance. Update the Learning Management System LMS with new classes.
- Create and analyze reports along with other administrative support as needed.
- Execute communication strategy for the learning solutions.
- Plan and monitor course forecast for the Americas region.
- Purchase class materials and supplies.
- Coordinate onboarding courses and day one logistics of a new hire for Americas region.
- Manage Corporate development as well as Technology and Manufacturing learning programs.
- Willing to work in a collaborative environment
- Proactive problem solving and proposing solutions.
- Willing to work both independently and lead efforts as part of a global team.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
Embraces change and ambiguity.
- Willing to develop and leverage strong relationships, as well as communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders to successfully implement and sustain learning experiences for the entire Intel community will be paramount.

**Please note this is a temporary position of 1 year contract.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**
- Must be pursuing or possess a Bachelors or Licenciatura degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, HHRR Education, Psychology, Project Management, International Relations or related field; OR 2+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 1+ years of relevant experience within HR roles.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience on Learning Management Systems
- Experience working with learning and development
- Experience with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom WebEx. and MS Team.
- Experience with eXpoLearn.
