We are looking for an HR specialist responsible for supporting the new oracle EPM Implementation. The project consists of the implementation of Oracle EPM, improving Finance Planning and Accounting process. The role will be essential in helping the organizations adapt to the new processes and technology, ensuring that changes are implemented efficiently and contribute to the overall success of the business.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Develop, implement, and update HR Playbooks.
- Support organizational development efforts.
- Provide HR support to project management.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Support HR Leader provide input on Emerson standards, including Finance job hierarchy, job profiles / descriptions, competency framework(s) used, titling standards, etc.
- Support HR provide input on Emerson Finance's existing competency models, training programs, and career development artifacts and tools.
- Support Training of Oracle EDM as needed.
- Support change management and communication needs for the project as needed.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, organizational development, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as HR Specialist on a global organization.
- Advanced English Skills
