**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
- Tasks processed within SLA agreed with end markets.
- KPIs are met and differences are managed effectively.
- Issues are escalated following escalation process.
- Processes are adhered to RACM and Internal Controls.
- Achieved a high degree customer satisfaction at year end.
- Continuous Improvement initiatives and quantify benefits once implemented.
- Trainings and development plans are reviewed constantly.
- Review performance and people objectives twice a year to develop your business and leadership capabilities.

**Reporting Level**:No direct reports

**Geographic Scope**:Americas

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Execute general ledger accounts reconciliations and follow-up on reconciling items.
- Perform analysis of balance sheet accounts ensuring accounts are accurate, any suspicious transaction must be investigated and escalated accordingly.
- Perform month-end activities accurately ensuring period is closed as per agreed timetable.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline to allow end markets review and analysis.
- Communicate with stakeholders by solving issues, providing guidance and promoting a customer-oriented culture.
- Review and update task level descriptions (if necessary) to maintain knowledge within the team.
- Prepare and post journals ensuring business rules are aligned with end market requirements.
- Process daily bank statements and review line items have been recorded correctly in bank accounts. In addition process and maintain fixed assets module aligned with accounting standards and global policies.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have B2+ English Level?
- Do you have intermediate
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs?
- Do you have 1 year of experience in R2R processes as General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation & Fixed Assets?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 1 year of experience in R2R processes as General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation & Fixed Assets.
- Coordinate and plan activities by using time efficiently.
- Develop and propose new ways of working to improve processes.
- Maintain a proactive attitude.
- Prioritize and give visibility on the workload in a given time - any coordination to distribute tasks within the team.
- Understand responsibility and capable of making decisions.
- MS Office - Medium/Advanced level.
- English - at least B2.
- Technical Degree in accounting or finance background accounting or business administration.

**BENEFICIAL**
- Medium/Advanced knowledge in transactional platforms (ERP, SAP).
- Power BI Knowledge.
