**Overview**
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sales Training & Development team. The role will require managing 3 key areas including: Managing Sales Training & Development colleagues, Onboarding Process and Training Needs, and Sales Related Projects as assigned. The role will be responsible for hiring decisions and conducting performance appraisals. Additionally, developing/executing business strategies for education to achieve objectives as assigned by Sr. Manager and/or SVP. Develop key contacts within TD SYNNEX to assist with these deliverables of the role. The role will also require development of colleagues via touchpoint discussions and/or coaching to emphasize and/or accelerate skills to benefit the organization. This individual will also be representing their SVP and/or Sr. Manager in executive meetings.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:
- Managing Sales Training & Development Colleagues
- managing Trainer and Sr. ASR roles for alignment purposes(11 direct reports) (25%)
- Onboarding Process
- Sales Education Strategy and Development
- determine instructor/digital led trainings needed for business needs for positive customer experience (development and execution) (15%)
- Projects as assigned
- For example: (1)GBOII (Sales Velocity) (2) IT Consulting fast business user and then assigning to team members as needed. (50%)

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- High School Graduate required.
Working Conditions:
- Classroom environment.
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- May be located at the Clearwater corporate office or at the reseller location.
- Professional, office environment.
