**Job Description Summary**

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Supervisor to help us meet our revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, managing your team's sales pipeline, and explaining those to plans as well as the pipeline forecast to management.
The sales supervisor manages assigned sales territories and day to day activities of their sales teams to meet and exceed all established goals.
They set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving those targets.
The sales supervisor also communicates constantly with teams to coach, inform and track sales, and important customer and product information as well as performs regular checkpoints with team members and key stakeholders and customers to build relationships and discuss priorities.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Sets and tracks team members' goals.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Performs inbound and outbound sales calls in order to quote prices, provide product information and build relationships with customers.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Creates and implements customer specific business plans to uncover new opportunities, increase sales and profits and secure territory growth.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Communicates constantly with teams to inform them of daily tracking of sales, and important customer and product information.
- Prepares forecasts for monthly and quarterly performance by customer.
- Assigns duties to associate team members to ensure coverage and completion of all relevant tasks.
- Consistently track productivity, engagement and results of all members under their leadership.
- Evaluates customer slippage reports to determine on which customers to focus attention.
- Keeps updated profiles on all accounts to anticipate where we can fulfill a need in their respective business plans.
- Participates in vendor-sponsored and Corporate-sponsored training/meetings to attain new and existing product, industry and company knowledge in order to provide better service to customers.
- Maintains records, performance information and documentation.
- Provide and pursue all necessary and required training (e.g.
vendor training) and development for employees.
- Conducts team member performance management including administering Performance Improvement Plans, annual merit reviews, monthly MBO's, attendance and adherence to the company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for team reward and recognition programs to include nomination and monitoring of division and corporate programs.
- Performs other additional duties as assigned.

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization in both English and Spanish
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Proven ability to coach others in the development of their skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
