The role:
A Project Manager within SoftwareONE will be responsible for supporting customer engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline & milestones, budget, and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing projects aligned to the SoftwareONE Project Delivery Framework (named pmONE) and the agreed delivery methodology alongside any other processes or procedures related to the Service. The Project Manager will lead and support the project team (The project team may consist of Architects, Technical Consultants, Analysts, SAM Specialists etc.). In addition, the Project Manager is responsible for managing corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan and implement SoftwareONE solutions.

**Core Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, controlling and communication on all aspects of a project within the time, cost and quality thresholds set
- Build project plans, kickoff projects, run status meetings, and maintain communications to keep all stakeholders informed throughout project.
- Track and manage project activities like: Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk & Issues Management, Meeting Management and Change Management. Actively manages project escalations to resolution.
- Attainment of project profitability, utilization, chargeability, efficiency metrics and any other relevant KPIs for all projects.
- Solicit feedback from customers, delivery resources, and any other stakeholders to contribute to our continuous improvement mentality.
- Facilitates the identification of project resource requirements and works with Project Resource Scheduler to construct project teams.
- Facilitates regular core team meetings to review risks, issues and monitor project health and progress
- Create regular Status reports and distributes them accordingly
- Manage and control costs to drive financially healthy projects
- Responsible for managing small to medium size assigned customer project, supporting delivery lead in customers engagements for SoftwareONE
- Identifies and develops new opportunities within current project supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment
- Provides training to others and assists them with their professional development
- Achieving operational objectives by contributing information and preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems
- Responsible for leading and supporting the project team
- Responsible for managing corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan and implement SoftwareONE solutions.
- To guarantee the performance of the teams, with quality and opportunity before the clients, and ensure that the guidelines of both the client's and the organization's frameworks are met.
- Responsible for directly managing multiple projects within a service practice
- Manages first level to midlevel client delivery relationships and resolves conflicts
- Manages knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project)
- Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and reuse requirements of project
- Track and manage project activities like: Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk & Issues Management, Meeting Management and Change Management
- Work with Business team on presales activities and getting the scope finalized as required
- Participate in upselling and presales activities
- Support project reporting activities
- Approve submitted time entries in PSA on weekly basis

- Bachelor degree in project management, business administration, computer science, or another relevant degree
- Current PMI Project Management Professional Certification highly desirable
