**Your Responsibilities**:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Support employees and managers across full employee lifecycle through advisory (“how do I?”) and coaching on HR procedures (process & policy) covering key topics e.g. leave of absence, onboarding, benefits, payroll.
- Management of cases and transactions in Service Now and Workday; acting as the single point of contact for the business and triaging to SMEs, 3rdParty HR service providers & CoEs to ensure timely resolution to meet agreed service level agreements.
- Manage leavers (voluntary or involuntary), provide guidance to the business as well as in-country HR where needed on contractual obligations (ex. notice period, notice of redundancy etc.).
- Communicate to the vendors on a monthly basis the hires, changes, and termination to keep the files updates (including life insurance, health insurance, etc.) according to policy.
- Manage internal moves and create / alter contractual terms and conditions (change in reporting line, work schedules, compensation structure etc.).
- Act as the position specialist supporting creation of positions & job requisitions in Workday.
- Prepare HR documentation e.g. contracts of employment, new hire forms and employee handbooks.
- Responsible for collecting employee documents and saving them in the employee files (online in digital form & offline hardcopies).
- Contribute to improving and streamlining processes by partnering performance and change team.
- Use dashboard and available data analytics to ensure personal performance meets all agreed service standards.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- Higher educational degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in a customer service environment, HR experience preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills, and French or Portuguese.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems are desirable but extensive trainings will be provided.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures.
