**Customer Service Representative**
**Objectives of this Role**:
- Identify and address customer needs with the goal of completing satisfaction (First Time Resolution).
- Follow the company communications guidelines and procedures.
- Proactively participate with improvements for the company's efficiency.
- Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English with advanced capabilities in both written and oral communication, coupled with strong comprehension skills.
- Experienced in customer service, ideally complemented by a background in technical support.
- Flexible to a rotating shift if necessary.
- Tech-savvy and able to easily navigate Slack, live chats, and other systems that may be required.
- Customer Service/Call center experience, preferably with technical and customer support experience.
