**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**

Experian is seeking a Relationship Manager who will support the Strategy and Business Development team in managing key strategic partnerships. This role will also research and identify new expansion opportunities by understanding the competitive landscape, scanning the market for compelling data, capabilities, or potential partners. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Strategy. Some specific responsibilities of the role include:

- Conduct ad-hoc research and tasks related to each managed partner
- Ensure partners deliver on their commitments, track their performance and manage the overall relationship
- Work in a fast paced, high communication environment where collaboration with the partners, sales, product, finance, leadership and other teams is key to your day-to-day success
- Manage processes related to royalty payments, billing/invoicing, negotiated contracts, and internal partner operations
- Manage inbound requests from sales and product for special pricing or special use exceptions
- Conduct ongoing analysis of features and services offered by Experian’s competition, direct and indirect, as well as the overall financial services or similar markets
- Identify key market trends and themes and communicate findings and recommendations to Experian leadership

**Qualifications**:
**What your background looks like**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of the Financial Services Industry (credit experience is preferred)
- High sense of urgency and ability to work well in and navigate a matrix environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented independent thinker with strong attention to detail, analytical focus and problem solving skills
- Must work well across multiple teams including product, legal, compliance, sales, operations, marketing and others.
- Accustomed to concurrently managing multiple partner relationships, projects, or stakeholders
- Experience performing market research and analysis and presenting conclusions
- Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
