**Role Responsibilities**
- This position has full responsibility of the setup and maintenance of databases in company’s systems through a process that involves extensive coordination with various global functional units such as Finance, Legal, Field Operations, Systems, Treasury, etc.
- Ensures a timely and accurate systems set up, creates, and maintains downloadable files for our Global Agents, having intermediate level expertise on FIF, Delivery Services, Templates, Error Codes worldwide.
- Changes to these databases have a direct impact on company’s ability to perform operations as well as accuracy behind financial reports, Network Agents, and Commercial subscribers’ configuration.
- Supports implementations conducted by the Specialist Agent Database Administrators on the team, which include research, analysis, documentation, problem resolution including post rollout reviews; performs under continuous alert mode and awareness of the task’s impact, relates well cross-culturally and cross-functionally to perform responsibilities which are dependent on external input, having intermediate to high expertise level in the overall function.

**Role Requirements**
- High School degree, Pursuing a career, bachelor’s degree, or a technical background.
- 6+ Months of related experience in areas that add business and operative value to the organization.
- Problem Solving, Self
- Driven
- Assertive Communication, Follow Through, Customer Service, Fast learner, Detail Oriented, Accountable.
- Medium to advanced level in MS Excel and MS Office Literate.
- Analytical skills, ability to follow instructions, procedures, and deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English B2 and above.
- 3rd language is a plus.
