The ServiceNow Customer Success Organization focuses on ensuring our customers achieve value throughout their entire journey. This role within the Strategic Operations team plays a vital part in planning, executing, and scaling our operations to deliver world-class service and drive strategic initiatives. Our team values humility, hunger for growth, and a supportive, fast-paced learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute crucial, cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Lead and manage strategic programs and projects from conception to delivery and adoption
  • Enhance operational efficiency through initiatives that optimize processes
  • Develop analysis and business cases to support strategic initiatives
  • Establish tracking and planning tools as necessary
  • Collaborate to implement technology and automate processes
  • Bring 7+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Planning, or Strategy
  • 4+ years of experience in global technology or management consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred
  • Proven success in managing complex projects, driving operational excellence
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with financial modeling
  • Effective communicator with leadership skills
  • Results-driven, action-oriented, and adaptive to change
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of SaaS industry
  • Proficient in English
