Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and trends to drive long-term growth for your assigned sellers.
  • Develop business strategies and create long-term account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and sellers.
  • Establish strong relationships with sellers, acting as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Lead key strategic activities and be the voice of the customer internally to drive value across a broader customer base.
  • Define success metrics, understand sellers' needs, and enhance team efficiency in a dynamic business environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Retail, Merchandising, Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both oral and written).
  • Experience in customer relationship building, identifying business opportunities, and driving product adoption.
  • Proven track record of fostering relationships with stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and using data for decision-making.
  • Ability to develop business plans and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, or B2B.
  • Strong territory/account management skills with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Knowledge of retail mathematics for informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Oracle Business Intelligence, CRM platforms such as SalesForce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Experience in program and project management, along with Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
