** Votre rôle **:En tant que Key Account Manager - Aerospace (h/f), vos priorités seront de maintenir au sein de votre portefeuille des clients grands comptes existants, et de développer de nouveaux clients en France et à l'international.
** Vos responsabilités**:

- Assurer de manière proactive le développement et l'entretien des relations commerciales des clients grands comptes de votre portefeuille,
- Animer l'engagement avec le client et le réseau Kuehne+Nagel en tant que garant du développement d'une relation solide en France et à l'international,
- Identifier de manière proactive de nouvelles opportunités afin d'augmenter nos parts de marchés et la mise en place de nos solutions,
- Vous investir dans le développement des nouveaux produits et nouvelles solutions Air, Sea et Road Logistics,
- Planifier et exécuter la stratégie de chacun des clients grands comptes de votre portefeuille : définition de l'approche stratégique, préparer et piloter les appels d'offres ou opportunités en partenariat avec nos « business unit »,
- Négocier les conditions générales de vente (délai de paiement, tarifs, litiges, contrat ) et assurer le suivi commercial du contrat et veiller à ce que tous les engagements pris soient bien respectés,
- Organiser régulièrement des revues d'affaires (QBR) stratégiques et opérationnelles : construire et entretenir une communication entre les responsables opérationnels et les clients pour assurer le respect des engagements contractuels,
- Analyser les résultats et prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires,
- Gestion de la relation client à travers notre CRM et nos différents outils digitaux.

**Vos compétences et expériences professionnelles**:

- Diplômé d'une formation supérieure en Commerce et/ou Transport & Logistique, vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans la vente de prestations de transport maritime et aérien ou route.
- Vous avez déjà eu l'opportunité de gérer des relations avec des Key Accounts.
- A l'aise dans la discussion et la négociation commerciale, vous disposez d'un excellent relationnel client, et faites de la satisfaction client une priorité.
- Autonome et organisé, vous avez aussi un bon esprit d'analyse et êtes innovateur.
- Vous parlez anglais couramment, une autre langue est un plus.
