Job Summary

ServiceNow's Customer Success Organization, which encompasses Impact Product Management, Impact Delivery, and Product Success, focuses on ensuring our customers derive value throughout their entire journey. As a vital part of the Strategic Operations team, this role will play a key role in planning, overseeing, and expanding a top-tier organization, as well as driving various strategic initiatives. Our team values humility and hunger, aiming to create a supportive, fast-paced learning atmosphere for all members to thrive.

This position will primarily involve defining and leading essential cross-functional and cross-organizational workstreams and processes with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency to support the Customer Success Organization. To excel in this role, you must possess a track record of operational excellence, strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to inspire change throughout all levels of the organization. Building trust with key stakeholders and instilling a sense of ownership across teams are crucial. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, have strong financial acumen, explore problems in-depth while maintaining a broad perspective, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be open to challenging the status quo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute critical, cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Lead and oversee strategic programs and projects from inception to delivery and adoption
  • Enhance operational excellence by identifying and implementing initiatives that drive efficiency and enhance processes
  • Develop comprehensive analyses and business cases to address strategic queries/initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Establish foundational tracking and planning tools and mechanisms as required
  • Collaborate to implement technology and automate key processes to boost productivity
Desired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, Planning, or Strategy
  • 4+ years of experience in a global technology company or management consulting firm
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related field; preferred: MBA or another relevant advanced degree
  • Proven success in managing large, global, complex projects and programs while collaborating and influencing across all organizational levels
  • Experience in strategy and planning, with a track record of driving operational excellence
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in developing financial and planning models
  • Experience in delivering and executing within complex and evolving business environments
  • Effective and articulate communicator, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly in written and verbal forms across various discussions
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with a bias for taking action and delivering results
  • Results-driven individual passionate about driving business impact and execution
  • Strong leadership skills, able to collaborate across multiple extended or virtual teams
  • Self-starter comfortable multitasking in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and the SaaS industry
  • Proficiency in English is essential
