Supervisor, Customer Success

The Customer Success Supervisor role is crucial to oversee and manage our Customer Success operations within Customer Management Services. This position aims to understand, lead, and supervise execution plans aligned with our vendors' Customer Success practices. In this distinctive role, the individual will also coach staff, meet specific KPIs, and explore organic growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and supervise the customer success team for day-to-day operations
- Assist in coaching and developing customer success agents and managers
- Drive mission goals and objectives achievement
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings with team members
- Ensure timely execution of operational activities like staffing, expense reports, and vacation approvals
- Verify correct tracking of all activities on the Client's CRM
- Provide feedback to the team and implement improvement plans as necessary
- Offer effective responses to clients and team members promptly
- Hold weekly meetings with stakeholders to review team progress
- Identify service delivery improvement opportunities
- Aid in the selection, hiring, and development of agents
- >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience
- >3 to 5 Years of experience in directly managing/supervising employees
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Apt at executing instructions and seeking clarification when needed
- Ability to attend to important details accurately and efficiently
- Effective communication and collaboration across different identities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Readiness to adapt to change and learn new systems/technology quickly
- Remote/Work-from-home
