Customer Success for Floatie Kings

Responsibilities:
- Approach existing clients through telephone, email, and social media to understand and meet their needs.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, consistently providing superior customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Design, Factory) to achieve objectives in a participative and proactive style.
- Prepare presentations and other documentation required for customers.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and available to work during 9:00-18:00 EST time.
- Proven work experience in Sales or Project Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Knowledge of dealing with numbers for budget calculations.
