Introduction

As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM's clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The User Administrator oversees the user lifecycle since the provisioning of the account to the decommissioning of the same. The User Administrator will triage tickets and use tools such as Active Directory Users and Computers to create the user's account, modify attributes, assign privileges and permissions based on established criteria and if necessary, disable the user account. The user administrator will also collaborate with IAM and AD teams to ensure the infrastructure is running and available to all the users.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 1 year of experience working in a Service Desk, or IT departments.
*Experience creating users, assigning permissions, revoking permissions, decommissioning users on AD, AAD, SAP, Linux or any other system.
*Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
*English fluency is required for this role.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
+2 years of experience working as a Service Desk Analyst, IT Analyst or User Administrator.
Strong understanding of the user lifecycle in AD.
Understanding of AD DS.
Understanding of Azure AD.
Experience creating users and assigning permissions in Linux environments.
Relevant IT certifications such as Cisco IT Essentials, CCNA, OpenOffice are preferred but not required.
