Job Description:


The Vulnerability Reporting Analyst is part of a large, global hands-on, technical support team, that focuses on high-quality customer support to keep our Employee Technology and Operations services running smoothly.

We are looking for an individual that enjoys working with new technologies, striving to provide great technology capabilities and services to our end users, as well as help maintain End User Support and relationships across the globe.

The Vulnerability Reporting Analyst will provide day-to-day support for our Desktop Engineering team, managing complex reports.

We are looking for an individual that can work in a fast-paced team and help create a great "user experience".


Responsibilities:

  • Create production and reporting templates and presentations to accommodate vulnerability status and action plans.
  • Manage large amounts of data and reconcile between various sources.
  • Develop complex reports for weekly and monthly review meetings held with the CTO Leadership Team Executives.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for reports based on business needs.
  • Focus on automation and enhancement of key business reports and dashboards.
  • Track and communicate progress of vulnerability status.
  • Follow escalation process to reassign assets that are incorrectly assigned to the team in the CMDB.
  • Raise/escalate CI Disputes.

Reporting Lines:

Reports to the Desktop Engineer Manager

Relationships:

  • Build credible influential relationships with various business units across the globe.
  • Own and manage agreed relationships in regional BU's.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, technical, communication and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to understand data and translate it into executive communications and actionable information.
  • Requires strong Excel, PowerPoint and Access database skills.
  • 57 years of experience in the data analyst and reporting field.
  • Must have superior oral and written English communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow a must.
  • Superior knowledge of data analytics tools.
  • Selfstarter that takes pride in the quality and timeliness of work they perform.
  • Must work well with others as part of larger international team.
  • Able to multitask and work independently on a variety of assigned tasks.
  • History of working in a fastpaced environment with little direction necessary.
