RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • COT/Underwriters are expected to work on time at their specific schedule.
  • COT/Underwriters will directly report to the assigned Team Lead and or immediate supervisor.
  • COT/Underwriters are expected to be efficient and required to send-of-shift tasks to their immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
  • COT/Underwriters are expected to follow all internal rules and regulations of the Underwriting Department and the Company's code of conduct.
  • COT/Underwriters need to treat all information within the department and the company with full confidentiality.
  • COT/Underwriters are expected to send the report for daily approval, call reviewed, denied, and correction Applications but not limited to the item mentioned.
All COT/Underwriters will do any related task given even if not stipulated in this document.

  • Manage a list of customer files with limited supervision or guidance.
  • Use analytic skills to assess the accuracy of verifications, calculations, and data.
  • Performs advanced level of verifications to ensure credit guidelines are achieved.
  • Provides worldclass customer service through daily interaction with both internal and external customers, including teammates, vendors, and customers.
  • Participates in teamrelated activities and meetings.
  • Utilizes creative methods to generate results and foster teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Needs to be within a reasonable driving distance from the office for equipment pickup, ad hoc training, or other organizational events.
  • 2+ years' experience in a customerfacing role
  • Knowledge and experience using and supporting HTML and JavaScript, as well as online marketing tools and technologies such as Adwords, Marketo, and Kenshoo.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and proven complex problemsolving skills are required.
  • Customerfirst mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • San José, Provincia de San José: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
