Job Description:

The Solutions Support Specialist will be responsible for handling invoices, ensuring accuracy, resolving billing issues, and keeping records organized.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, review, and send out invoices for maintenance contracts and installations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide options for issue resolution when necessary.
  • Update customer and internal team information.
  • Perform assigned additional tasks.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience in Sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
  • Capacity to adapt to various customer needs.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic mathematical abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Previous customer invoicing or back-office experience is desirable.
  • Ability to learn new ERP systems.
Education / Certifications:
  • College Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
