Solution Support Specialist

The Solutions Support Specialist will be responsible for handling invoices, ensuring accuracy, resolving billing issues, and keeping records organized.

Responsibilities:- Create, review, and send out invoices for maintenance contracts and installations.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet customer expectations.
- Provide options for issue resolution when necessary.
- Update customer and internal team information.
- Perform assigned additional tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience in Sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Capacity to adapt to various customer needs.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic mathematical abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Previous customer invoicing or back-office experience is desirable.
- Ability to learn new ERP systems.
- College Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
