The Opportunity:


We are looking to hire a
Website and Conversion Senior Manager to join our team The Web Business Owner is responsible for the commercial performance and customer experience of the TCS website and all associated customer apps (e.g., MyTCS app), setting the strategy and prioritizing the plans to improve sessions to high quality lead conversion and improved after sales experience.

They will take a mobile first approach.

What you will be doing:

Web/digital product development:

From data and insights, you will lead on all business (sales, marketing, ops, other) requirements for any web product development - both transformation and optimization, website, and apps - with a mobile first perspective.

This will include the MyTCS app which is designed to improve customer experience after they have booked and drive operational efficiencies internally.


Content Management:

Be a key partner in identifying and prioritizing the website content to be created, edited, and updated to drive demand.

You will partner with the TCS creative team to have this work (including engaging and informational text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements) completed.

Content management also involves ensuring that the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and attract organic traffic.


Platform management:
Work closely with Digital Product Owner in managing the platform migration from Drupal to WordPress. Extensive WordPress experience is required, with experience in Drupal preferred.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with other teams across TCS in marketing, sales and operations and will be a strong partner to the Digital Product Owner who will work with the development squad to deliver both transformation and optimization of the website and associated apps.


Staying Updated on Industry Trends:
Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in web design, development, and online marketing. This involves continuous learning and adapting strategies to keep the website driven and relevant.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or related experience
  • Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, advise and empower
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and standard processes in online marketing and measurement
