If you're ready to be part of our dynamic team, here's an opportunity for you: we're looking for a Planning & Forecasting Manager (FP&A Lead) for US&NA. In this role, you will oversee the performance of the team supporting the USA LOC Finance Team and North America Finance. Your responsibilities will include leading the Annual Plan process, monthly Forecast activities, coordinating Month-end commentary, and managing other financial forecasting tasks for the US and NA regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and manage financial models for monthly forecasts.
  • Coordinate planning and forecasting activities.
  • Analyze forecasts against budgets and previous forecasts.
  • Prepare internal management reports and support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the Monthly Performance Review process.
  • Handle ad hoc reporting requests and manage a team of direct reports.
  • Promote a cohesive finance team environment across various locations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Fluency in English.
