We are looking for a sales development manager in LATAM to drive our Business Development engagement and go to market collaboration with Amazon AWS their customers and our joint partners.


This is a commissioned sales position on Team Amazon a tightly knit high energy high-performance team which likes to have fun while winning.

The role will focus on:

  • Building a jointGo to Market strategy with Amazon AWS Partners and Intel leadership.
  • Accelerating adoption of solutions across IaaS PaaS SaaS Hybrid and priority workloads.
  • Driving business acceleration through leadership sales acceleration program and marketing demand generation efforts in a way that is good for the customer good for Amazon AWS and good for Intel.
  • The Sales development manager plays a key role along with the headquarters team to drive ourGoToMarketefforts within LATAM. This will include deep engagement with Amazon AWS driving and accountable for cloud consumption revenue in LATAM.
  • Will have many tools at your disposal including Market Development Funds MDF to build relationships and Sales engagement with Amazon AWS sellers product and partner teams.
  • Will also partner closely with your peer alliance leads in other region to drive LATAM collaboration.
Key stakeholders for success will include the Regional Sales Development Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, Partner and Scale Business consumption.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • Developing and implementing a HQ regional aligned growth strategy for our strategic alliance with Amazon AWS with a goal to drive Amazon AWS consumption revenue for Intel based instances and services in deploymentsand across LATAM
  • Expanding Intel's routes to market with Amazon AWS including identifying newcosellopportunities for differentiated technologies by building relationships with sales business development and key partner leads
  • Will also team with the Intel SMGLATAM teams to collaboratively accelerate the joint customers' journey to the Cloud and building strategy for Intel sellers
  • Collaborating with Amazon AWS Cloud Solution Architects CSA and the sell to team to help develop and deploy solutions that drive Intel affinity
  • Coordination of the Intel, Amazon AWS, ISV and SI Ecosystem alongside our scale partner coverage and industry experts
  • Influencing the Intel hardware and software roadmap to meet customer partner needs by presenting field insights to technical and product experts
  • Scaling LATAM sales programs for key solutions and industries
  • Executive alignment and management internally and with Amazon AWS
  • Clear and confident communicator to a range of audiences from Sales and Product VPs Directors to their teams
  • Excellent to be selfpropelled and to work as part of a LATAM account team

  • 2+ yearsofpriorexperienceinmanagingalliancesandpartnershipsacrosseithersalesormarketing
  • 2+ yearsofpriorexperienceincloud,eitherat technicalsalesorbusinessdevelopment
  • Knowledge of the LATAM and Regional Systems Integrators, GSIs Global System Integrations, RSIs Regional System Integrators,Independent Software Vendors ISVs, Managed Service Providers MSPs, Cloud Management Platforms CMPs, or born on the Cloud integrators
  • Basic technical understanding ofourData Center roadmap, key Cloud workloads, reference architectures and our Cloud customer value proposition are key
  • Cloud computing acumen and industry knowledge of Analytics Enterprise WorkloadsegVMWare, Oracle, SAP, Hybrid Multi Cloud Data and AI HPC in the Cloud and other solutions
  • Industry and vertical knowledge of healthcare, life sciences, industrial manufacturing or media entertainment solutions for specific value delivery
  • Knowledge of leading and building sales motions for edge to cloud migrations to Amazon AWS and hybrid cloud deployments with end customers
  • Advanced English level
