As the Commercial Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and driving the success of our commercial team. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a team of administrative professionals, offering mentorship, coaching, and support for their success
  • Coordinate activities related to Channel Operations to support Commercial Ops Targets and Priorities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement efficient processes for optimized operations
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational performance
  • Build strong connections within and outside the organization to foster teamwork and achieve common goals
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and reports for strategic decision-making
  • Manage various administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management
  • Prepare and review Monthly Results/Metrics closely with leadership
  • Participate in monthly result reviews and suggest improvement actions as needed
  • Evaluate team performance regularly and provide feedback for continuous growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends and strategies to maintain competitiveness

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position, ideally in a fast-paced commercial setting
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and thriving in a dynamic environment
