Objetivo:


Proporcionar planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y liderazgo en la gestión general de las necesidades de capacitación /desarrollo de la Fuerza de Ventas y/o roles de campo.


Responsabilidades:

Pensamiento Estratégico:

  • Identificar necesidades de capacitación y desarrollo para los roles de campo basadas en una necesidad real y en línea con la estrategia de la marca y/o compañía.
  • Responsable de desarrollar el plan de training anual de cada rol de campo y compartir de manera oportuna a las partes interesadas en línea con la estrategia de la marca, el cual incluye, (patología, producto, principales estudios de la marca AZ, indicaciones, competidores, Técnica de Ventas, Coaching, así como el plan de autoestudio por parte de los roles de campo y de evaluación de conocimiento, etc).
  • Responsable de planificar, desarrollar, coordinar, ejecutar y seguimiento a una variedad de programas de capacitación/desarrollos diseñados para satisfacer las necesidades de capacitación de la fuerza de ventas o roles de campo.
  • Diseñar las capacitaciones y/o contenido tomando en cuenta el nível actual de conocimiento/competencias, planteando un objetivo claro de dónde se desea llegar con respecto a ese conocimiento /competencias. Generar el contenido de la capacitación en línea con el objetivo planteado, de manera didáctica, de fácil compresión y considerando la aplicabilidad en el día a día.
  • Analizar las iniciativas o materiales de capacitación brindados por Global y adaptarlos a la necesidad de la región o del negocio (Manejo de Cuentas, Coaching, Skill Map de Técnica de Ventas/ Coaching, otros)
  • Responsable de la creación del currículo de capacitación de cada marca, (patología, producto, principales estudios de la marca AZ, indicaciones, competidores, etc.)
  • Modificar continuamente los programas de capacitación y desarrollo según sea necesario, para adaptarse a los cambios que ocurren en el entorno laboral.

Ejecución y Seguimiento:

  • Gestionar la implementación de programas de capacitación y desarrollo relacionados con los diferentes productos y competencias de los roles de campo.
  • Responsable de brindar a los roles de campo los materiales de capacitación de manera actualizada y en el tiempo oportuno.
  • Supervisar y revisar el progreso de los aprendices mediante el uso de diferentes métodos de evaluación (pruebas periódicas de aprendizajes, exámenes de fin de capacitación, role play, certificaciones) manteniendo conversaciones con los gerentes de línea, departamento de Marketing u otro departamento.
  • Dar seguimiento a la calidad de la capacitación mediante una encuesta de satisfacción por parte de los asistentes.
  • Responsable de la creación y actualización del check list de capacitación mandatorio que debe tener cada rol de campo antes de salir a interactuar con clientes externos.
  • Responsable de la creación del cronograma de training para cada rol de campo y del Brand Lead.
  • Creación y actualización de un documento que contenga un consolidado de todas las preguntas relacionadas con producto, por indicación, estudios clínicos, competidores, etc para los programas de evaluación de los roles de campo.
  • Mantener actualizado el estatus del plan de training según lo planificado.
  • Realizar visitas de campo periódicas con el fin de monitorear la efectividad de las capacitaciones, así como identificar áreas de oportunidad y generar acción con el equipo crossfuncional.
  • Manejo adecuado del presupuesto planificado de capacitación para cada marca o del departamento de Training para actividades en común, y mantenerse dentro de los presupuestos aprobados.

Conocimiento:

  • Mantenerse al día en cuanto al conocimiento científico (producto, indicaciones, patología, estudios clínicos, competidores, etc).
  • Conocer la estrategia de cada marca bajo su responsabilidad que le permita dar foco a las capacitaciones.

Otros:

  • Ayudar a las personas, como los gerentes de línea, departamento de Marketing, Comercial y Acceso a resolver problemas específicos de capacitación, estos pueden ser individualmente o en grupo.
  • Involucrarse con SFE para complementar el diseño del contenido en ciertas capacitaciones de SFE, como Indicadores del Performance y Segmentación & Targeting.
  • Involucrarse con SFE para complementar el diseño del contenido con respecto a lo que los roles de campo deben de saber sobre Veeva (Altas/Bajas de HCPs, solicitudes médicas, eventos, envío de VAEs, registro de visitas médicas, registro de muestras médicas y como completar el reporte de Coaching).
  • Soporte a mercadeo en la implementación de herramientas de seguimiento a la ejecución de la implementación de la estrategia de la marca (s) y técnica de venta en campo, por ejemplo, Icast o Advance Analitics.
