Change Manager (Híbrido - Costa Rica)
Un papel crucial en la gestión del cambio dentro de nuestra organización.

La función principal es supervisar y facilitar la implementación de cambios significativos en los procesos, estructuras, tecnología y cultura de la empresa.


Requisitos académicos/formación:

  • Roles para profesionales con entre 2 y 4 años de experiência profesional en dicho rol, en departamentos de TI, entidades del sector financiero es deseable.
  • Formación universitaria: Bachillerato profesional, Licenciatura, Ingenierías en ramas formativas asociadas.

Conocimientos técnicos específicos:

  • Debe comprender las teorías y modelos de gestión del cambio, como el Modelo de Lewin, el Modelo de Kotter o el Modelo ADKAR.
  • Conocer los principios de la psicología organizacional
  • La teoría de la comunicación es esencial para desarrollar estrategias efectivas de comunicación que informen, eduquen y persuadan a los empleados sobre los cambios.
  • Conocimiento sólido sobre la gestión de riesgos en el contexto del cambio organizacional. Esto incluye la identificación, evaluación y mitigación de riesgos asociados con los cambios.
  • Debe estar familiarizado con herramientas de gestión de proyectos, como Microsoft Project o software de gestión de proyectos ágiles como Jira. Estas herramientas ayudan a planificar y supervisar la implementación de cambios.
  • El uso de herramientas como Microsoft Teams, Slack, o aplicaciones similares es esencial para facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre equipos, especialmente en entornos globales.
  • La capacidad para recopilar y analizar datos es importante para evaluar el impacto de los cambios y ajustar la estrategia en consecuencia. Conocer herramientas como Excel, Tableau o Power BI puede ser beneficioso.
  • En entornos tecnológicos, la automatización de procesos es común. Conocer herramientas de automatización, como Zapier o herramientas específicas de RPA (Automatización de Procesos Robóticos), puede ser un activo importante.
  • Un Change Manager necesita gestionar documentos y recursos relacionados con el cambio. Herramientas de gestión de documentos, como SharePoint o Google Drive, son útiles.

Responsabilidades con experiência requerida:

  • Entender los cambios necesarios para mejorar la organización y asegurarse de que estos cambios se lleven a cabo de manera efectiva.
  • Diagnósticos de la situación. Analizar los procesos, identificar problemas y oportunidades de mejora, y planificar cómo se llevarán a cabo los cambios.
  • La comunicación es fundamental. El Change Manager desarrolla estrategias de comunicación para informar a los empleados sobre los cambios y motivar su adopción. Esto implica explicar por qué los cambios son necesarios y cuáles serán los beneficios.
  • Identificación y abordaje de resistencias de manera constructiva.
  • Entrenamiento y Desarrollo
  • Monitoreo y Evaluación
