The Receptionist role that supports our potential clients is the first point of contact with inquiring clients who are reaching out to us prior to signing on as a client with us.
Eagan Immigration is a US-based law firm dedicated to helping our clients explore their immigration options, create a plan for their case and obtain the immigration benefit for which they qualify.
We care about our clients and their families and aim to support them at each stage of their immigration journey.
This position's schedule will beMonday - Friday 2pm -10pm ET.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as first point of contact for potential clients, liaising with customers and the company.
- Answers inbound phone calls and other contacts, responding to basic client queries, booking new consultations, and sharing basic information about the Eagan Immigration process.
- Shares updates and trends with Team Lead and rest of reception team, helping to identify solutions.
- Logs all notes and call information into MyCase.
- Enters Leads into MyCase and tracks follow up to inquiries.
- Supports Team Lead and Legal Team on special projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years customer care experience with a preference for high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
- MS Office savvy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Access to reliable internet speed of at least 1050MB.
- Willingness to adhere to the company values of compassion, innovation, communication, and commitment.
- Some flexibility in hours may be required.
