Payroll Administrator

The
Payroll Administrator role provides excellent services to the employees, managers, and HR community.
This role is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of Payroll cases, Payroll-related documents compliant with applicable legislation, and ensuring that the relevant HR systems are up to date where applicable.
Key responsibilities:
- Timecard, accruals, and absence corrections and queries.
- Administrative support for the termination process validation of remaining balances for the respective payments.
- Onetime payment entries.
- Basic payroll questions and general administrative support by raising tickets on employees' and other clients ́ behalf.
- Payroll reporting and other administrative payroll support.
Key requirements:
- High School degree is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in progress in Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Working experience in administrative roles is a plus.
- Payroll experience is not required but interest to start a career path at Payroll is a must.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- German, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
- Workday and Kronos experience is a plus.
