The
Payroll Administrator role provides excellent services to the employees, managers, and HR community.

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of Payroll cases, Payroll-related documents compliant with applicable legislation, and ensuring that the relevant HR systems are up to date where applicable.


Key responsibilities:

  • Timecard, accruals, and absence corrections and queries.
  • Administrative support for the termination process validation of remaining balances for the respective payments.
  • Onetime payment entries.
  • Basic payroll questions and general administrative support by raising tickets on employees' and other clients ́ behalf.
  • Payroll reporting and other administrative payroll support.

Key requirements:

  • High School degree is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in progress in Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Working experience in administrative roles is a plus.
  • Payroll experience is not required but interest to start a career path at Payroll is a must.
  • Advanced English level (spoken and written).
  • German, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
  • Workday and Kronos experience is a plus.
