The Global MDM Process Ops Lead requires an individual with strategic thinking that is excited about meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers.


Provide global support to different MDM areas:
Material, Packaging, Vendor, Data Maintenance, and Customers.

Responsible to have Global operational leadership to drive MDM continuous improvement and eliminates costly redundancies with multiple sources of information.

Harmonize the MDM processes for the 2 Global Services Centers, oversee and manage the MDM processes, governance and best practice sharing across MDM network.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

  • Partner with the Global Master Data organization to build / develop efficient and effective operational support processes
  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
  • Provide required Master Data reports to support the Operations processes
  • Participate and lead projects that drive Master Data process improvements
  • Ensure master data global change management and transition management processes are executed according to approved policies
  • Develop needed partnership with other GSC's teams to ensure clear understanding of master data change impacts and change management requirements.
  • Global Deploy common standards documentation and templates
  • Responsible for implementation of global master data processes, changes, updates, and procedures in coordination with other Global Service Centers & Q&P.
  • Propose and Implement actions plans for improving customer satisfactions.
  • Provide strategic analysis and correctly suggest headcount for GSC efficiency
  • Responsible for providing visibility to GPL's, GSC Ops. Managers, team Managers and team leads about MDM operations.
  • Communication Leader across GSC's develop communication, influencing and leadership skills; driving not only local team members also other GSCs to adapt and successfully perform the costing processes
  • Able to build strong relationship between external departments across GSC's and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver costeffective, highperformance master data solutions
  • Drive or Lead project coordination (urgent/special request)
  • Support and coaching continuous improvement projects (Local & Global)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate schedules of clients who may be in other world regions.

Requirements:

Years of professional experience

  • 6 years
Education level and type of education expected

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

Professional knowledge (processes, technical, critical in the role)
- work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Master Data Management, process improvement, project management
