This role is a combination of Customer Support and Operations.

The individual will work on getting orders out of on-hold status (client approval, linked account issues, or ETA changes) to ensure orders for customers get placed in a timely manner.

They will also provide assistance for Customer Support if clients need assistance with sourcing alternative products, quotes on shipping, or expediting orders


Proactive customer outreach on tickets for all Orders in Action Required that are needing sub-approvals or suggestions, delivery ETA changes/approval, or troubleshooting customer-inked account issues.

Sourcing substitutions as needed for any out-of-stock items.
Sourcing substitutions for Support as needed for other completed order issues
where a replacement or sub-alternative is requested
Doing mock checkouts on vendor websites to estimate shipping or order
charges
communicate with the operations team to exoeare or prioritize orders
Updating orders on the when needed for canceling and modifying orders.
Work with other internal teams as needed

Qualifications:

excellent written communication
Attention to detail. Must be able to recognize root causes of issues
Purchasing experience is preferred but not needed. Must be able to source or provide similar product options if the product is out of stock.
Ability to handle a high volume of tickets
