TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out HR Manage Employee Inquiry Process by offering services that provide solutions meeting customer expectations and fostering positive, long-standing customer relationships.
  • Address queries about HR policies and procedures received via phone, email, web portal, and mail from different individuals (employees, managers, applicants, HR community members, and others).
  • Showcase exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Educate individuals on HR processes and the utilization of related HR tools/resources; possess essential technical knowledge on systems like customer relationship management tool, HR online portal, and Bayer's careers website.
  • Employ outstanding problem-solving and research skills to pinpoint the issue at hand, analyze the path to resolution, and ensure results by following through to completion.
  • Resolve the majority of basic to intermediate-level inquiries; escalate more complex issues requiring HR Specialist for review and response.
  • Utilize available knowledge management tools and system resources to address service inquiries; develop or update new knowledge articles and conduct content quality review approvals.
  • Record inquiries and provide solutions; keep track of frequently asked questions and offer input for process or service enhancements.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and being responsible for adhering to established policy and procedures, including compliance with all data privacy regulations.
  • Perform a diverse range of basic to more complex administrative and operational tasks daily in support of various HR processes.

WHO YOU ARE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Service is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and customer service orientation.
  • Exhibit a high level of reliability and motivation.
  • Display eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to a evolving process environment.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Show excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Feature great team-oriented skills.
  • Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills; monitor data and metrics effectively.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and effectively manage change.
