As Project Enablement Manager, you will be part of a pool of a hybrid project services capability within the RSS Enterprise Capabilities and report to the Chapter Lead Project Enablement and be accountable for delivering the assigned project services and deliverables in your area of expertise.


General statement about your scope of work

As part of an Inhouse Business Services Organization, your scope of work will differ from one project to another, from one customer to another depending on the nature and the duration of the engagement.

As part of an innovative and customer focused Project Services organization you will need to deliver evolving and tailored made project services.


Your work within the PMO type of engagement:
● Follow up key activities in the respective project/function/team and work closely with program PMO, other program/ project PMO/ project managers, teams and consultants/contractors to ensure successful delivery.
● Supporting the (Senior) Project Managers, Senior Project Support Services Managers or customers with the development of business cases
● Tracking and analyzing risks, opportunities, issues and dependencies of a project along the project lifecycle
● Monitoring, recording and reporting project status to the relevant Project Manager or customer as well as Senior Management if required
● Supporting project health checks as required and demanded
● Develop (or tailor) and introduce structure, template and tools to enable team
performance

● Assist in the management of stakeholders, sounding boards and governance groups for the respective function/ project
● Ensuring the use and implementation of fit-to-purpose project methodologies
● Liaising with Portfolio Management in assisting with the project perspective,
particularly regarding project status and resource allocation
● Design, facilitate and execute project workshops
● Act as a Scrum Master in Agile Framework
● Engage with teams to maintain alignment and support with achieving project goals and standards

Your work within Project/ Program implementation type of engagement:
● Orchestrate the implementation activities for the assigned scope of work.
● Support the design and conceptualization of the project/program implementation strategy, roadmap and methodology
● Engage and communicate properly with relevant customers and stakeholders
● Coordinate planning of implementation waves for the assigned work packages

● Monitor that all milestones and deliverables according to the project charter are on time and within the expected quality
● Monitor, track and complete project documentation or deliverables
● The relevant work stream tasks are delivered in accordance with the deployment methodology
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the implementation goals and strategy are effective and reach the target audience
● Coordination and facilitate relevant workshops
● Adhere to the standard Internal RSS or Program specifics methodology ensuring compliance with the approach, governance, cost and service level parameters
● Ensure that all go-no-go criteria relating are met and approved by the relevant
stakeholders
● Transition accordingly to support the organization

Your work within the Chapter and the Enterprise Capabilities maturing and building:
● Co-creating, documenting and continuously improving project toolkits and standards for the permanent chapter organization
● Leveraging best practices from your Project/Program to other Projects/Programs and vice versa
● Coaching junior resources regarding the methodology as needed
● Bringing your curiosity to seek for innovative ways of deploying programs at scale

● Developing the next best PMO services
● Contribute to develop our Business and partner footprint as well as our “Brand’’

You possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes:
● Bachelor degree in business or economics and 5+ years of project related work experience
● Proven experience within Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid set up

● Experience working within a Global environment
● One or several business functional expertise (Commercial, Marketing, supply chain, R&D…)
● Mastering the Organizational change management practices is a plus
● Pharma industry or consulting related experience is a plus
● Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing,
negotiating, and effective global collaboration
● Service orientation mindset to shape a high quality and reliable project delivery service
● Demonstrated ability to successfully execute, coordinate, and integrate multiple streams of information and activities at various scales
● Self-driven, flexible, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset
● Passionate about service design and service delivery
● Impact driven and eager to take “smart risks
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
● Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
● Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

● Available for travel (US Visa required)
