On behalf of Huawei, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Commercial Sales Manager
to join our team in El Costa Rica. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world's leading technology companies and play a key role in driving strategic growth through partner collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced solutions with strategic partners to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Identify, generate, and manage sales opportunities through the full pipeline—from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure commercial success across key sectors.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train local partners, aligning them with Huawei's strategic goals and value proposition.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in direct and channel sales, preferably in the tech or telecom sector.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical background is a plus.
