About The Role
As a passionate sales expert are you now looking for a new exciting challenge where you can help shape the future in the Central America and Caribbean region and improving well-being through our products and medical solutions for our patients across the therapy areas (Wound Care, Compression and Orthopedics) and go to market strategies and objectives.
This position will report to the Health and Medical Solutions Commercial Manager for the region and will be based in San Jose, Costa Rica.
We are currently looking for a
Sales Manager who
is responsible for driving all aspects of commercial activities and providing support to high value distributors in the region. Implement business strategies and tactics to reach the objectives to achieve profitable business and growth base on the long strategic plan and budget for the region.
What You Will Do
- Develop maintain and execute the sales plan according with countries and brand prioritization with the key distributors and go to market objectives.
- Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.
- Determine annual sales plans by implementing sales and go to market strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
- Achieve sales volume, product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors in the different sales channel in the different countries (Hospitals)
- Manage, develop, control and motivate the execution of the plans trough the go to market and develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI targets.
- Provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
- Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan in the JBP plan with the strategic distributors.
- Analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
- Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with clients and business needs.
- Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.
Who You Are
- University Degree within Business Administration, Sales, Medical, engineering.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in Sales in medical area.
- Experience with go to market Hospitals in the region.
- Experience in the Central America and Caribbean countries, hospitals in the region.
- Having a management and experience with distributors in the region.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Effective usage of MS Office Programs, CRM
- Experienced in presenting, data analysis and statistics, teamwork and communication.
