Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Hire to Retire

In this role the Assistant Manager Oversees team performance and workload through data-driven management, continuous improvement, and hands-on coaching
Responsibilities
  • Monitor workload and performance targets.
  • Provide data related to Supplier team's performance and volumes in order to build HR service delivery dashboards.
  • Address and solve any performance/ process issue across the area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate activities aimed at estimating team's workload and workforce needs.
  • Participate in activities/initiatives pointed out by the upper management.
  • Provide proactive team management and coaching.
  • Drive and support initiatives from quality area, leading improvements and providing trainings

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant experience
  • French knowledge
