About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions. This person ensures deals close smoothly, meets deadlines, and maintains compliance while providing top-tier client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactions from contract to closing, including tracking deadlines, contingencies, and documentation.
  • Review contracts, amendments, and addendums for accuracy.
  • Communicate proactively with agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
  • Maintain transaction records in CRM and MLS platforms.
  • Prepare closing binders and documentation for review.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during the transaction and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in real estate transaction coordination or related admin experience.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow processes, and MLS systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without errors.
