Senior Specialist
to join our
IT Team
. In this role, you will design, deliver and maintain AI-powered technology solutions by understanding business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, administering AI-powered tools, and integrating AI into processes.

The successful candidate has specialized knowledge and skills in AI-enabled technology solutions. As an administrator of these solutions, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the use of AI in our technology platforms, recommending and implementing new AI product features and partnering with stakeholders to understand business problems that can be assisted with AI features.

This is an exciting role that will present the challenge of helping the business administer critical technologies to deliver greatest value to our employee-owned firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Development

• Establish firmwide design standards for agent architecture and interoperability

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled technology solutions.

• Develop and implement AI agents to meet business needs.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure successful design, deployment, and integration of AI solutions.

• In partnership with stakeholders, design AI agentic solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work with vendors to understand AI Platform roadmaps and future enhancements related to AI.

• Share insights on changing technology with stakeholders to ensure understanding in the use of AI tools and techniques.

• Platform Support:

• Oversee and administer AI platforms with continuous improvement of data, models and agents.

• Configure AI platforms to meet business and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience in administering and managing AI products and features.

• Comprehensive knowledge of LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and understanding capabilities and limitations.
• Proficiency in programming, data analysis and data manipulation tools.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with ML algorithms and frameworks.

• Experience developing and deploying sophisticated AI/ML models that have delivered measurable business value.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

• A "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and results while balancing the need for great cross-team collaboration.

• Outstanding analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Desire to take on new tasks and learn new applications or processes.

• Communication Skills:

• Strong written and oral communication – must be able to work well and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical resources.

• Detail-oriented in documentation to provide clear written information for end users.
