We are seeking a driven finance professional to join our Specimen Management Business Unit team. You will provide critical financial and strategic support to site leadership teams globally. If you are passionate about manufacturing accounting and global analysis, join us in turning complex challenges into life-saving solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Provide financial reporting and analysis on a monthly basis to site leadership. - Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with Site Leadership Teams to deliver financial insights for key decision-making. - Planning & Budgeting:
Assist in developing and preparing annual budgets for each site. - Performance Monitoring:
Track actual performance against budgets and provide variance explanations. - Stakeholder Relations:
Build strong working relationships with internal (corporate functions, global sites) and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers). - Global Coordination:
Organize Business Review meetings between leadership and functional corporate teams. - Compliance:
Manage relationships with auditors and tax professionals.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; experience with ERP systems and Oracle desired.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
