Manage the daily operations of our global invoicing/payment solution, ensuring timely profile updates and efficient invoice distribution. This includes
resolving internal inquiries
regarding customer invoicing, preparing essential reconciliations and reports, and
proactively monitoring
the accounts receivable status for the UK and Iberia business units.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the daily and bill cycle invoice batch review and approval process, ensuring required documentation is accurately sourced.
  • Drive timely and accurate invoice distribution to the customer base, actively managing and resolving discrepancies related to pulled or suppressed documents.
  • Establish and maintain new customer invoicing accounts, guaranteeing proper system configuration.
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries from internal servicing teams, promptly escalating and documenting issues through the ticket system.
  • Manage and execute required monthly controls for all invoice processing activities.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with internal partners, including Customer Service, Sales, the technical support team, and cross-functional departments.
  • Complete special projects and assigned duties as directed by management.

What Experience Do You Need

  • Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in Billing, Accounting, or Finance operations.
  • Education: Technical degree or 2+ years of university study (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Language: English B2-level proficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis and reporting.
