This vital role is responsible for the entire billing life cycle, guaranteeing maximum accuracy by efficiently managing customer profiles and ensuring timely invoice generation and distribution. The specialist actively resolves basic customer disputes and discrepancies. Furthermore, the position provides key financial oversight through preparing billing reconciliations and rigorously monitoring accounts receivables to support strong company cash flow.

What you'll do ​

  • Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles

  • Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Complete customer setup, contract review, and invoicing.

  • Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing.

What experience do you need   

  • High School Diploma.

  • English proficiency (B2 or C1 level).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel.

​

What could set you apart

  • Oracle R12 proficiency.

  • Currently pursuing a degree (or possessing a Technical degree) in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.

  • Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven team collaboration abilities.

  • 1 year of experience working in an Accounting environment.
