-Role Objectives

Apply extensive knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete tasks or assignments. Possess a comprehensive understanding of both general and technical aspects of the job. Work on complex assignments requiring strong judgment, initiative, and technical expertise to solve problems and recommend solutions.

Efficiently manage supply chain processes to ensure optimal part availability, meet customer obligations, and maintain balance between cost, inventory, and customer experience. Lead activities including supply planning, excess and obsolescence management, collaboration with global teams, business metrics review, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support contractual planning and buy/sell processes in alignment with business guidelines.

-Responsibilities

  • Manage moderately complex supply chain processes for multiple complex SKUs, ensuring performance aligns with business needs:
  • Demand forecasting
  • Supply planning
  • Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) management
  • Support new product introductions (launch & sustainment)
  • EOSL (End of Service Life) / LTB (Last Time Buy) management
  • Contractual planning and buy/sell support
  • Risk monitoring and mitigation
  • Ensure optimal part availability and fulfillment of customer obligations
  • Execute actions to support parts throughout lifecycle
  • Maintain balanced performance between cost, service, and inventory
  • Perform deep backorder analysis and corrective action management
  • Analyze backlog and manage escalations
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to enhance business processes
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and execute improvement actions
  • Align with partner management teams to ensure service material supply
  • Work with country inventory teams on LOF and fulfillment requirements
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment with Global BU Planning teams
  • Identify improvement opportunities and deliver recommendations
  • Perform additional tasks aligned with contract nature

-Work Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday to Friday — 8-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Work Modality: Hybrid (onsite + remote)

-SALARY

  • CRC 800,000 monthly

-Requirements

  • Education: University studies or completed degree (Supply Chain, Business Admin, Engineering, or related)
  • Minimum 4 years in supply chain, planning, inventory management, or similar
  • Fluent English (required)
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

-Preferred Tools & Systems

  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, analytics)
  • Power BI or other visualization tools
  • SAP or similar supply chain systems
  • Servigistics knowledge (preferred)
  • Data management & reporting tools experience
