The Inventory Control Analyst will support all operational activities related to inventory management for AWS infrastructure supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory records, resolving operational issues, and maintaining efficient supply chain processes across AWS data centers DBS hubs and rack integrator partnerships.

Daily Operations

  • Validate and execute daily allocation processes
  • Review and resolve invoices on hold, ensuring proper documentation and approval
  • Monitor and manage inventory holds and release processes
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) with appropriate AWS approval workflows

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare executive summaries and status updates for business forums
  • Track and report key inventory metrics and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory processes and procedures
  • Support business reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Related studies on Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or related field
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience strongly preferred)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Experience with inventory management systems and databases
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends or discrepancies

  • Knowledge of procurement and invoice management processes
  • Familiarity with RMA processes and vendor management
  • Experience with inventory reconciliation automation tools
  • Understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements
