Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Financial Analyst
to support
budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
across the organization. This role plays a key part in driving financial accuracy, supporting strategic planning, and providing actionable insights to leadership through data-driven analysis.

The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate financial data into clear insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support the preparation of
    annual budgets
    and
    periodic forecasts
    (monthly and quarterly).
  • Collaborate with department leaders to
    collect, validate, and challenge assumptions
    used in financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain
    rolling forecasts
    and
    scenario analyses
    to support strategic and operational planning.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning methodologies.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform
    variance analysis
    (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and identify key drivers behind deviations.
  • Prepare financial summaries and management reports highlighting trends and performance indicators.
  • Support
    cash flow planning
    , including short-term cash forecasting.
  • Build and maintain
    financial dashboards and reports
    to enhance visibility and decision-making.

Strategic & Ad Hoc Support

  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide
    financial insights and recommendations
    .
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and impact analysis.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses for leadership to support planning and decision-making processes.

Modeling & Process Improvement

  • Develop and maintain financial models related to
    P&L, cash flow, and forecasting scenarios
    .
  • Improve forecasting accuracy through
    process optimization and automation
    .
  • Implement best practices in financial planning, data management, and reporting.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
    . (Cmptd)

Experience

  • Experience
    in FP&A, budgeting & forecasting, or corporate finance.
  • Experience in
    multinational or multi-entity environments
    is preferred.
  • Additional accounting exposure is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Advanced
    Excel
    skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Adv Eng lev.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting
    financial planning in complex or high-volume environments
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ERP systems
    (NetSuite preferred).
  • Experience with
    data visualization tools
    (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
