Job Purpose

Perform Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and support of the production equipment. It must be executed based in procedures to ensure the correct performance. Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance Time) and SMED (Tool Change in Minutes) work methodologies. Maintains the 5's in the work areas and follows safety and quality guidelines established by the company in daily tasks. Support to production in setup tasks.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop Corrective Maintenance of Electrophysiology equipment according to the system troubleshooting 
  • Perform the setup up of the different equipment configuration according to the production plan
  • Perform Preventive maintenance to keep the machinery running in excellent operational conditions
  • 5´s Methodology follow up in the maintenance areas
  • Ensure to application of the safety procedures
  • Keep on date the CAQ trainings / procedures

Education

  • Maintenance Technician, electronics, electricity, precision or related field
  • Hight School Diploma.

Knowledge and skills

  • Technical problem-solving knowledge
  • TPM (Total Productive Maintenance Time) and SMED (Tool Change in Minutes) work methodologies knowledge
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Basic English 
  • Proactivity
  • Teamwork
  • Willingness to work overtime

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in maintenance positions or related at medical devices industry
  • Basic hand tool handling 
  • Basic knowledge in Safety rules.
  • Medical devices machinery experience
